The Process

1. Once your order is placed, depending on the custom part, the design time can be take 2-3 days to 1-2 weeks turn around time. Collections with a minimum of 5 different matching products take 2-3 weeks to design.

2. Once the Design is completed with the requested theme or attached images we will review the project with you for Approval, Changes or Additions.

3. A total of 3 minor Design charges are included in the original cost per product. Every additional edit is 75$. A complete theme or design change is 150$

4. Once the Final Design is approved and agreed upon either through email or social media , your custom parts will go into production within 24-48 hrs. After this no more design changes are allowed.

Depending on the custom part being made production can be anywhere between 2-5 weeks after design approval. Please see each product page to see the timelines for each one. There are at times some delays based of shortages or any 3rd party finishing timelines out of our control. We do our best to keep to schedule and will update you if there is a delay. Thank You!
